I am getting a fuel smell from my AC vents in my 90 Deville. I am sure the smell is coming from under the hood. I have no gas leaks. I did notice that the smell seems to be coming from the charcoal canister. All lines, fittings, etc are in good shape. Is there a problem with the canister or could there be another problem? Thanks in advance all you experts!

Check the purge valve and solenoid if you are sure there are no external leaks. The canister may be saturated and not purging properly.

If the canister is saturated, how do I empty it? Am I ruining my engine (I am experiencing the same problem in my 1996 deville) Thanks!
