Latest problem is that the start enable relay "flutters" causing solenoid to do the same, but starter will not engage. I've checked and cleaned the battery terminals. DIS shows l11.5 volts before trying to start, then 8.5 volts immediately after start attempt. I've tried jumping the car with my dual battery Dodge truck, DIS shows 12.5 volts and start enable relay just flutters faster. Ive attempted to short the ground side of the starter enable relay (SER) to isolate the instrument cluster ground, no luck. Power to the SER is 12V when I go to start. Ground seems to be steady from the cluster to the relay when in start.

When the DIS shows 8.5 volts, I read the battery voltage with a meter and it reads right around 12V. I've tried charging the battery, but my charger says it is already fully charged. I've also done a resistance check from battery - to engine, .5 ohms. When the car ran it showed 13+ volts last time I looked.

Other problems: Traction control light is on intermittenly. AC won't turn on.

I realize I either have a ground issue or a power issue. My plan is to start cleaning grounds then clean power connections. My question is where should I start? There are many of each and this could take weeks. I have the factory manuals, so I have connection locating information.

Thanks for any input...
