It took me 5 years to fine mine. The one on Ebay is even more rare as it has the D'Elegance package. The seats are spiffier.

I had an 80 Coupe - diesel converted to Olds 403 - nice cruiser...
The looooong doors were nice for side visibilty, but was a bitch in parking lots... :)

I knew a lot of people didn't know that there was such a thing as a 2 Door Fleetwood during these years but even my insurance company was lost when my wife read the VIN# to them on the phone.
If you even see one of these at the junkyard, grab all the brightwork. There are several 2 door Fleetwood only parts. I sold a bunch of that stuff recently. Cleaned out the attic.:yup:

The coupes are cool but it's all about the Fleetwood. I've had experience with these doors before on my Lincoln Mark VII. I once accidentally knocked my friend Allison on her ass with my Lincoln's door.

Ever see the old mob movies where they open the door and knock someone over while driving by? Gotta have a 2 door car for that.
Nothing like the crash beams in those doors either. The Army Corp of Engineers should adopt a giant 2 door Cadillac door design for use as an instant bridge.

i dunno..after 1980, i didnt like caddys as much. all about the 70's. to me, the 80's caddies became more dinkier with crappy grills and smaller engines. but thats the exact brown i have on my coupe. metallic medium copper i think?

Either that guy has crazy money to burn or he's living in Fraud City USA. One or the other. That being said, I agree, the side mount spare looks terrible. It almost makes you dizzy.

It looks like that continental kit leans backward for trunk access.I like the car but I'm not too fond of the interior and the engine.

Nearly 20,000 for an 84 Coupe!? I can't believe the money these cars are starting to go for. I've got a gold mine parked in my garage.

I would love to get my hands on an 81 Fleetwood Coupe. I want that V8-6-4 368 engine.
