I have a 97 Cadillac Catera and it needs new spark plugs. The dealer told me that I have to purchase them in 2 sets. Can you believe that. Anyway, I need to know if this is true and if I can get them cheaper anywhere (even on the internet) than for $215.00 for each set. I mean, the car isn't that big to require wires like that.
Thanks for the advice!

I purchased the entire set of wires last summer from NAPA auto parts. They were just under $200.

I do not know about the wires but I have been using Bosch Platinum +4 plugs on my Catera, and they are good.
You guys are great. Thanks for all of the tips. I will try them.

Auto Zone carries them also. I have heard that you should not use the bosch 4 tip spark plug. The Stock ones are single so use those. If cadillac thought those were better they would have used them.
I called NAPA and they had the complete set for less than $200.00. :) Thank you very much. As far as it goes for the plugs, I agree. I will use the tips that the dealer used. I don't know much about the 4 tips. Hey, better safe than sorry, right. :hmm:
