Just when you thought it was impossible to improve on our AlpineFiber products I've been working hard all winter to do just that! I've modified the weave of the fabric because a strong cotton microfiber yarn has recently come on the market and the new fabric is woven from this along with Egyptian long staple cotton (Pima) as before. The result will just blow you away.

Some of the improvements are:
- The fabric is now 100% Cotton (50% Cotton Microfiber/50% Pima Cotton)
- A slightly thicker and more plush fabric.
- The new fabric is more absorbent and absorbs faster than before.
- The new fabric will feel a little "dryer" to the touch but the performance is outstanding as it is a little less slick than before.
- There should be less slippage or pulling of the loops, that is, the fabric should hold up better when coming into contact with sharp edges or emblems.

And all this comes without a penny increase in prices!
