My 98 concours "nightmare" vehicle is an electrical joke--after many problems in the past 5 years--and no problems for 9 months--now my drivers side mirror is discolored--like the fillament has gone bad--how do I fix this and how hard is it to replace the mirror lense?

Likewise, just today my drivers side window will not go down--all other windows work and the car seems to run correctly otherwise.

What a pain--anybody know what to tell me to check out for the mirror and the power window? At least it seems to have failed with the window up.
