: "View Your 'OVD' Report"

When I go to the "Manage My Cadillac" website, select Maintenance Schedule, and the click on "View Your OVD Report" and then select HISTORY, there is nothing there! Everything is blank.

This is my second CPO Cadillac and the first time that nothing is being tracked by GM. When I originally called over a month ago concerning this, the person I was talking to seemed to think that I didn't even have any kind of account (?) with GM Cadillac...!!!

My previous car, a 2007 DTS had all the information and was updated each month. Now, each Friday I get the same phone call, and they want all of the information to be explained again and for me to provide my PASSWORD and ID for the website, and NOTHING is done.

Today, I finally told the young woman NO, I'm done, and I will seek a solution elsewhere, so here I am telling you in hopes that this nonsense STOPS...
