Do you get sound from the CD player? Any click when you turn it on/off?
Or no matter what you do there is no noise?

Check balance/fader controls, just for the heck of it.

TYPICALLY, when a Bose amp fails, it makes awful screeching sounds. But once in a while they simply go silent, and they always fail one at a time, never all or a pair at once. So I guess we can rule out amplifier issues for now.

I'll move this to the Seville forum.

Hi D148L0
Tks for help. No I have no noise at all. No clicks, no CD's playing. No noise at all.
I have no manual for it & am not familiar with all the display readings.
Have checked some fuses but no luck. Guess I'll have to have it serviced.........
Tks again.

My pleasure.
Before spending some money, try checking the connectors behind the unit. Here are instructions on how to remove it.
