did the search, found nothing. that said - I'm wondering where I can route about 3 wires through the firewall, without having to drill a new hole. I'm installing a tach, and I'm kinda short on time(wake up, get ready, drive 1 hour to work, etc.) I don't want to rip up the dashboard trying to find the best location, so I figured I'd ask here. Is there one that is easy to use, etc.

Thanks.

Sure, if you take the glovebox out, there is the rubber grommet on the fender where the antenna comes through. It makes a fine place to run wires through to the engine; I'm running a length of 10 guage and 2 lengths of 16 guage through there. Just takes a litle finese to get through the exact middle of the hole.

heh. thanks. I ended up brute forcing it through another point, near the Master Brake Cyl., and then put the rest on the fuse box. It works well, and I just gave it a nice spin :-). Now I can finally put myself right @ peak hp for get up to speed on the highways here(such a chore)

Do you have the 307 or 350? Well wait, was it in 90 or 91 they switched from the 307 to the 305? Anyways, do you have the 5 or the 5.7? I know my 350 gets moving pretty quick, not too sure about the 5.0

I have the 307. It's, uh, good with gas milage :-p

Yea, it's a real dog though. getting up to speed on the highways is a major chore. ugh. can't kill it though.

Yeah, there is, unfortunately, a pretty big difference, the 5.7 does 0-60 in 10 seconds and the 5 does it in 14+
