I been eyeing this car since I could remember and I just wanted to share my love for this particular year and model. This car is simply gorgeous, I love everything about this car. I was just surfing ebaymotors and I seen this one and my mouth dropped. This is so classy and yet so gangsta I wish I had a couple Thousand lying around but all I can do is dream. Here's the link http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=6146&item=4535436343&rd=1

NICE!!! I bet the doors weigh more than I do. He should have cleaned the engine compartment though. Still, STYLING! Not bad at all. What do you all think, is that a good price at around 14 grand?

That IS an awesome car.

I would love to retro-mod that car.

The price is kinda steep but considering the condition its in and the value and the rareness of it, it may be worth it. If I had the money I would pay it. There's also a White one with Black interior that is flawless and only 90K on it.

Gorgeous. I was never fond of the front though, the grille/headlight parrern looks...a little off to me.

The 69s had a better looking front but the 70s had a beter liiking rear.

But the 1968 is better looking than both of them :coolgleam

Beautiful car. It makes me miss the two '70 Deville convertibles I have owned. These cars keep going up in value.. the last year of the convertible Deville.

Well, my dream car is a '69/'70 Fleetwood Brougham, so my dream car is close to yours. (I am lucky enough to own a '69 FB.) I also like the '68 and '66 Fleetwood Broughams. By sheer coincidence one of my Cadillac friends owns a '66 FB and another owns a '68 FB. The '66- very nice, with the walnut wood trim and picnic tables. The '68- also very nice, first year for the great 472 engine. Thick and plush seats.

That '70 DVC looks really nice- look at that shiny paint. Looks real elegant in black.

I love the '69 taillights. They almost look 1950s- compare with a '57 Chrysler 300-C. They even both had the back up light below the taillight.

The front ends of the '69/'70 look massive (they are) and I like the generous amount of chrome.

I would have to look it up, but a test of a '64 Chrysler Imperial mentioned that one door weighs well over 100 lbs. I think it was 150 lbs.

If it's a #1 or even a 1 and 1/2 car, it may be worth that much.

BTW, my parents have owned two '69 Coupe de Villes (at once), a '70 Coupe de Ville, a '60 Coupe de Ville (light blue) and a black '54 (Coupe de Ville, I think).

since everybody else is posting thier dream i will too:wave:
i like the 69 and 70 front ends and that one that is on ebay is imaculate!! i can't belive they actually drove that ont the snow to take the pics. i'm not sure i'd even open the garage door lol. but anyway i'd love to find a 68 Coupe deville convertible in all black or red with a white top. but i'd put a mildly built 500 in there to give it more of a sleeper thing. nice dual exhasut not too loud but loud enough to get peoples attention just rollin' buy

There a guy selling one by my house in Wrightstown NJ. It has burgandy interior with the leather seats. Its way passed mint condition and I know he is selling it for under 9k. I will stop by and get a picture of the car as soon as I get my next day off. The only thing I love about his is the trick rear doors.

what a cool car. But for right now, I feel real lucky driving my 88 Brougham around town. And I could certainly enjoy a new STS also:
