What's up Caddy owners?! I'm trying to restore my 89 Brougham. My opera lights don't work and I'm to replacing them with the LED strips but they run on 12v DC. I found the 110v inverter in the trunk but need help knowing how to covert 110v to 12v where the opera lights are located. I know you have to remove the 110 inverter but that's all I know. Please help thank you. And keep them Cadillacs rolling!!

I think you will find that there is a 12v line right at the opera lite location. Just use that instead of the 110v line and your good to go.

Disconnect the 110v inverter and just use the 12 volt wires at the opera lamp holes. I know I saw them in the 88 brougham my new doors came from, so I'd imagine they kept them to 89 (at least).
