Basically, I want quicker response. It takes 2 full turns now to be "hard over" I want to drop it to 1 turn. :) Looking to make a twitchy caddy. Anyone know a way I can do this?

The only two ways I know of are a smaller steering wheel and a quicker (lower ratio) steering box. AGR (www.agrperformance.com/) makes high quality quick ratio GM steering boxes, and I'm sure there are swaps possible with factory GM boxes as well.

Change the rack. That's about it.
