: mid case reseal tsb

now sub don't kill me but I cant find the tsb on the reseal. I have one coming in tomorrow. any help on locating this would be greatly appreciated.
Sorry if it is easy to find as I have looked for a 1/2 hr. Thanks, Joe

I don't have them in text form - I use the Alldata TSB lists and print them here at home. Maybe some online source for "GM TSB download" ?????

Lower end leaks and procedures - #03-06-01-027A of 05/01/08

Sealant usage - #05-06-01-010B of 09/25/07

Higher than normal oil consumption - #02-06-01-009C of 10/23/03

The lower end - oil pan and halfcase - basically invoves discarding the original formed silicone seal and using the newer GM or Permatex UltraGray RTV sealant in a bead that stands slightly proud of the original seal groove, surfaces well cleaned with lacquer thinner and lint-free rag. Follow the sealant tube and specific engine oil distribution plate and torque procedures.

EDIT: Chris at Rippy Cadillac may know of later TSB changes to these effective dates ...........
