We bought a new SRX in December, and this has been the worst dealer experience ever. Only minor things need to be repaired, but the service department is argumentative and uncooperative, denying that there is even a problem with the driveline (clunks and bucks in stop and go traffic). The rear handle has been repaired 3 times and still does not work, and they refuse to do anything until "Cadillac" authorizes the repair. The Cadillac help line is useless.
