does anyone know where the turn signal flasher is located on a 93 Sedan Deville? I found the flasher for the Hazards, whick is located just to the right if the steering collum. would someone please help me find the flasher for the turn signals?

I don't know if it will do you any good, but on a Fleetwood it is on the left side directly opposite from the location you found on the right side for the hazards .... but it is a rectangular plastic piece on the one I have seen rather than the run of the mill round metal one you already found ... it clips on in the same manner .... the location is a mirror image ... turn on the signals when looking ... you might be able to feel it if it has any life left.
