I have this code that Ive been fighting p1133 Ing control system change ing control module but still is hard to start. If you pull the plug wire there isn't a spark until serveral tries. please help

Are you sure it's P1133? This is what I see for that code:

P1133 - Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) Insufficient Switching Bank 1 Sensor 1

But that wouldn't really explain hard starting.

I have a 96 that was having a hard / excessive start problem alot of the 96's have a recall for the fuel rail mine was replaced along with the fuel preasure regulater and that fix my problem. to see if your car have a recall call your local caddy dealer give them your vin#
