Here are four photos of the 1971-'75 Cadillac Fleetwood Seventy-Five Limousine interiors.

I am curious which of these four interiors is the most popular. Not necessarily the seat material, but the colors... beige, grey, dark blue or black.

Photos are below. Vote here!

I like the blue, although I like the patterns on the black and grey interior better.

Grey for me.

Tan or Black, depending on exterior color.

If I were using the car for formal purposes it would need to be grey cloth. But I think I would go a little bit over the top on the exterior color so the tan interior would be more warm and cozy and fun! Black is the ubiquitous limousine interior color and totally classic, and the blue seems a bit funeral directoresque to my eye but I still love it! All of them are cool colors since they are in such cool cars! :)

Looking at each photo, I envision a different exterior color for each.
My answer - Depends on the paint color.

I voted for black, with dark blue a close second. To me, the dark colors look more luxurious and elegant. Grey is kind of plain-looking. Beige is a little better but doesn't look as rich as black or dark blue.

I will say that I am very glad my '76 Fleetwood Seventy-Five Limousine has the black (Medici) rear seat...

I voted tan because I have been longing for these ever since I saw them!

I think with the proper exterior color they would be quite acceptable.:cloud9:

Yes, that beige does look good. Almost as good as this dark blue... ;)

Hey. If you get a chance steal that pillow for me. I have the robe but am in need of the pillow!

This one was at a car show. A white exterior. Yes, those pillows are rare and hard to find. BTW, I have the console and dash trim (the long part where it says "Fleetwood Talisman") in my shed. From a 1975 Talisman, dark blue, at a wrecking yard in 1993.

Thanks, I'm good on both of those, in need of drivers door panel (inside) and drivers seat. (...and a pillow.)

I actually have a portion of the door panel, too. The hinged door pull and trim (crushed velour) part. I forgot if it was from the front or rear door. But it's in the shed.

so are you supposed to wear the robe while you drive it, or while you ride in the back?

I will put it on and take a photo for you!:eyebrow:

It is actually a "lap robe" otherwise known as a blanket.

On the door panel, I couldn't use the top part because 74 was a strap not the hinged handle like 75 and 76 had. I could use the bottom part if you had it but,...oh well...

Well, if I REALLY had a choice, I'd take herringbone!

Yes, the lap robe goes back to the days when it would be used to keep the back seat passengers warm until the heater was able to warm the car.

Here is a photo of the door panel I have. It looks to be the right rear door panel.

Yeah, looks like it. That would work on 75 -76 Talisman or d'Ellegance. If you want to Ebay it. The last console I saw was a rear, in blue, with damage to the top of it, sold for 75.00+shipping.

I may sell it someday. Because I don't really need it and since it's relatively rare, if someone else really needs one, they should have it.

I am surprised that grey got the most votes. When I did a poll with some (former) co-workers, black easily beat out grey. See photo...

Probably because of the wood trim. Black with wood looks better than gray with gray.

Yes, could be.
Which is one reason I like the '68 Series Seventy-Five over the '67.
I also like the '68 because it has the 472-cu-in engine.

I have a cadillac limo that has grey interior. Looks classic. Grey is my vote.

You are supposed to wear the robe after you "streak" the Bamquet Room at Cinelli's in Cherry Hill, New Jersey!
