Anyone know how easy it is to get the stub out of the rear end?
I am in shock I broke a 1000 rwhp race axle
Not sure what route to go next?

I've broken both sides of my DSS ones like that. Take both axles out and pop it out from the other side with a long, skinny screw driver. Contact DSS and they will replace it under warranty. They have changed their design and the material of the stub. Email me if you have any questions or need a contact number or a stock axle to borrow until yours is fixed.

Since I, too, have these axles, I'm thinking I'm riding in a ticking time bomb, also.

Glad to see Brian has you covered.

Let us know if DSS does right by you.

They should warranty it but it will take about 2-3 weeks to get it replaced and back to you.

Great looking car. The drop with that spring/shock/spacer setup is just about perfect IMO.

Now that Drive Shaft Shop is all moved in to their new place orders are going out FAST and they "Realllly, stand behind their parts". They have made me glad that I chose them to build all the drive lines and axles for our 8.8 kits.
