Hi guys,my name is chuck and my vehicle is a 1995 eldo ETC. For about the last week my car has been running rough (engine miss, vibration ) sometimes at cold start up. If you shut the car off and re-start it sometimes it goes away. If you don't re-start it and just continue driving it will keep running rough until you shut it off. No codes are present in the driver info center and with it only happening a few times all week i'm confused of what the problem could be. The car has been serviced about 1k ago including the very expensive dealer fuel system cleaning. I've tried dry gas and always get fuel at the same place. Any help will be great and thank you in advance.
You don't mention your mileage but you may be due for spark plugs and spark plugs wires.
Depending on where you live it may be the extra moisture (rain) in the air, is allowing the spark plug wires to short easier. The spark plugs may have lost a platinum pad or two; this will create a large gap, difficult for the spark to jump.
These problems usually start in at about 80,000 miles or so.
Another proble can be moisture in the spark plug tubes. Pull each boot off and look down the tube. If moisture is present, wipe out with a long slim screwdriver and paper towels.

just passed 80k this month....gonna do the tune-up this weekend .....looks like allot of the guys on here are having the same prob as me.....now if i can get my iso settings back to factory i'll be ok
ISO settings?
Be sure to use dual platinum spark plugs! The Northstar engine requires them do to its unique coil system. AC Delco is the recommended brand; check their website to make sure that you use the current recommended part number.
