Ok heres my dilema. I own a 99 STS wich i wrecked pretty bad a couple of months ago. Thank god it was not declared totaled:tisk:. The whole front of the car is new, except one of my headlights. So i have 1 crystal clear head light and one thats smudgee yellow. Each head light runs $400.00 @ Massey Cadillac (My local dealer) so i am trying to avoid buying a new one. Is there any kind of special chemical that will do the job? I tried sope and it aint going anywhere.

Yes go to your local parts center like autozone or somewhere like that they have polish that makes the headlights look new.

I did a search of these forums a few days ago on this same thing. The above link will take you to the search results. There are a few posts on this issue. I can't remember whichone it was but someone suggested a certain 3M plastic polish that did a really good job for him. Anyway, you should be able to get a pretty good idea from these other threads..
Hope this helps..

I went to this link http://www.cadillacforums.com/forum...searchid=183920 (http://www.cadillacforums.com/forums/search.php?searchid=183920) and it said Sorry, no matches.
Just do a forum search on foggy headlamps. That should give you some results to read through.. Sorry about the broken link.
