Installed an after cooler and heat xchange a few weeks ago but just now am getting around to posting a few pics and video. I would have more photos of the install but during the phone broke we were using and everything was lost. Here is what I have and I will upload more video as the thread goes. Any request or questions just ask. Using HPTuners to tune the car with Jamie. He has been a life saver...

Took three videos. All of the audio was messed up. I will take more tomorrow!

The flickr account works well for those of you that need a good place to host images and keep the quality rather then using photo bucket.

Today we changed the rear differential bushing. We ordered one from creative steel months ago but never got around to changing it due to the car being at the dealer. Well there is no need to rent the tool from them and the whole process took about two hours. Photos below..

When we first put in the heat xchange and after cooler our temps were stupid hot. We pulled the inter cooler coils out of the supercharger and cleaned them.. Check the photos out below.. It almost looks like someone put oil in the top of my supercharger at one point. I was the second owner and bought it from a very mechanically inclined person so im not sure on this one...

Is it engine oil or supercharger oil?

AriGold.

It didn't stick like supercharger oil but who knows..

ouch. that sux man.. at least you got it all fixed up. glad im not the only one with werid issues. maybe invest in a catch can? over time that might be the cause of that oil issue. haven't taken mine apart yet but itll be getting ported and rebuilt in a few months, ill be sure to get pix of it.

I don't think an oil catch can is the fix for this issue here..

may not fix, but not a bad idea. any of use running more boost should have one, its not expensive.

That's very normal for any of the cars with miles on them say 50k and up are going to look like that. It's just engine blow buy any boosted engine is going to have it. In our car it just gets in the fins and can't get out.

see, catch can will help. :)

It wasnt only in the fins, It was in the flow holes of the tubes. It was different than others we have seen
