: Looking to purchase 2007-2010 EXT, What year would be the best?

Looking to buy in early 2014, budget is $25k. I had a 2003 EXT, 2004 ESV and I currently drive a 2005 ESV. I will be giving the 2005 ESV to my wife. Looking for suggestions on an EXT, miles up to 80k. What issues would I be on the look for? Any must have option(s) in a particular year? I would like the factory rear DVD. Thank you.

Thank you.

I have an 08 ext and a friend of mine has an 09 he was able to put a super nav, he has Bluetooth, and added a newer console lid with out any leather mismatch. I on the other hand with my 08 have I would say a one of a kind nav (since everybody but 08 can and are usually upgrading to a super nav), had to get the newer console lid dyed to match my very light cashmere interior, also have no Bluetooth. I would say 09 is a safe bet, but for a budget of 25k I don't think you'll find an 08 or later even with 80k miles maybe with another 5k dollars (but who knows chances are by early 2014 you'll find a great deal). At the end of the day "this is just my .02"

for the 25k budget right know you would be sitting in a 2007 ext with 103,599 mi and price would be at 26,290
k just a little over your budget but might be able to work it down some i imagen prices will drop by 2014 but the miles on 2007 trucks will continue to rise these values are from cars.com on options would def get one with dvd in the rear my daughter loves it to see movies on long trips for her 1hr trips lol

Thank you for the replies. What is a "super nav"? I have plenty of sub $25k 2007+ Escalades near me and expect the price to continue to drop in time for 2014.

Thank you.

What is the difference between regular Nav and Super Nav?

Go for an '08. I would avoid the '07 MY.

Why is that?

Bump im thinking about getting an 07-14 Escalade EXT in the low 20k mark next year.

Whats the best year ro go with and why, like transmissions and other improvements?
