I have a standard sedan deville with a cassette player. I was wondering if anyone new which OEM cd players would match my vehicle. I don't want to risk buying an aftermarket cd player and get it stolen. Also, does n-e1 know where I could find these products online?
Ebay comes to mind...
there is another website that I like, but right now it's down for some reason.
Check that one, too.
Try ebay. Any Delco 1997-2002 12 disc cd changer should work as long as it is not from a Bose system (I think). I bought one from a 2002 Camaro from ebay for $180 and it was plug and play in my old 1998 Deville Concours. You will have to retract the carpet on the right side of the trunk to find the CD changer harness and then cut two holes in the carpet for the bracket. You can buy the bracket at the Cadillac dealership, it is $15.00. Hope this helps!

ok I bought one from ebay. but now I cannot find the wire. Where is it located? can any one post some pics to help. The only wires i found were a plug that looks like a power connector that attaches to auxilary lights when towing. This year did come with the wires already mounted correct? I want to hear my gangsta rap!

If you have the base radio, you will not have the connector pre-wired into the trunk. The base radio will not have a SOURCE button. If you radio has a SOURCE button, the wire should be there, in the trunk, branches out of a bundle near the right hinge (under carpet of course).
