This is a load management system built into the vehicle. When the system detects the electrical/charging system is unable to keep up with demand despite an increase in RPM, this may become active. Various less critical systems will either be shut down or duty cycled to lessen the workload on the vehicle. You can read about this in the Owner's Manual under the section "Battery Load Management". Check your index for the page reference as it may vary from one model year to another. In short, you need to have your electrical system diagnosed and serviced. It will be helpful, when asking questions, to specify your model year and engine option. This can be added to your profile so it will appear with each of your posts.
