Just needed an excuse to use that picture.

That top is so out of place on the 300. The beltline is too high.

Actually, it may not be too long before you see a REAL convertible top on a 300. Several companies already make one.

Yea the one thing about the 300 is the styling can look horrible with certain colors....light ones and then you add a top like that with a trunk being soooo small it just looks like crap.

This is a very popular after-market addition on 300s in urban areas. Chrysler tried to get dealers to stop offering the mod because they think it cheapens the car. But, the dealers get so many requests that they Chrysler to bug off.

WHY?

Increased profits for the dealer, and a unique car for the consumer.

But I still don't like it. :(

Looks like shit to me. Somewhere there was a 300C Convertible. That looked pretty ugly too.

"There's no accounting for taste".
"Beauty is in the eye of the beholder".
"What ever blows up your skirt".
Etc. etc. ad nausium... blah blah blah.

I guess there are some folks who think that looks good and are willing to pay some one money to do that to their car. More power to 'em.
