2)Which shade of colour did the engine block,intake manifold, and oil pan originally have?

Rod journal dia. 2.2488-2.2493
Main journal dia. 2.624-2.625

I am not sure about the engine color, I remember a shade of blue but that was a long time ago.

Do be aware that the '63 390 (& all Ft Dist Block up to '67) had 3.000" dia Main Bearing Journals.. Just in case you ever need to replace the crankshaft.
The colour of the block, pan, heads, etc. was (is) actually called "Cadillac Blue".. It is easily found in US Auto Parts stores, I don't know about Estonia.. "Ford Blue" is NOT the correct shade.
