Onstar: Yes! you can subscribe anytime, monthly or yearly several different plans are available. I sign up during the summer travel months, its a pretty good deal (everything from lockouts, driving directions to dinner reservations!)

Welcome to the forums.

I think he means he wants Onstar installed on his car. I'd talk to the dealer about that one, it might be pretty pricey though!
