Hey Catera owners...

I have a set of 19" chrome wheels/tires for the Catera for sale... I paid to have these babies custom machined to 5x110 to bolt directly on the catera without any problems...

They were only on my car for a month before I took them off for the winter... I have a pic at http://members.cardomain.com/ea5tsid3 (http://members.cardomain.com/ea5tsid3)

I also have more pics so if you're interested you can email me at kroniksef@hotmail.com or find me on AIM/AOL screenname "ea5tsid3"

sup dude? those rims are nice. just got a question for you. why are you selling the rims? did you have rubbing issues? if not, what size rubber do you have on them? i'm in the market for some rims. unfortunately, i'm not into the chrome finish..........personally like the gunmetal or hyperblack. anyhow, was wondering if you (or anyone else, for that matter) would recommend putting on 19" rims on a 2000 Catera Sport.

I'm selling the rims because I want to go bigger and wider. These are 19x8 and there was no rubbing issues at all. In fact, the car rides just a smooth with the rims and low profile tires as it did on the stock 17" sport wheels. I'll have to check the tires when I get home to see what size rubber it is (I'm at work now), but I definitely recommend 19x8 for the catera if you don't want to worry about any customizing... Literally you can turn the wheel the whole way and you won't get any rub at all. It's just like you have stock wheels on your car.

Back to the reason I'm selling them, I want to go bigger and wider. Something like 20x8.5 or 20x9. I want them to be more of a deep-dish style with a big lip. This is gonna cost me to customize my fenders and inside wheelwells, but it's gonna make me happy :)

Goodluck with your hunt for rims... If I had my parent's black Catera I would have went with hyperblack (that's shiny black like chrome, right?)... Sweet lookin on the Mercedes 500s.

Sorry man, I forgot to check... I'm at work when I'm posting here during breaks and I got a lot on my mind so it's hard for me to remember that.

Just shoot me an email at kroniksef@hotmail.com or add me to msn with that addy, or find me on AIM/AOL my screenname is ea5tsid3. When I see the email when I get home, I'll remember to run to the garage quick and check.. Sorry about that again
