Is it normal that this morning I started my car let it run for about 10 mins then pulled down the drive way put her in park and revved the engine to clear some of the dripping moisture in the tailpipe and smoke blew out the tailpipe s. I did it about three more times and it cleared up. Is this normal. I also noticed that sometimes when on the e way when I do a w.o.t. I get a puff of smoke also. Northstar v8
Perfectly normal. Air has condensation so will your exhaust. It builds when left idle. Why do you think there is a weep hole in the bottom of your mufflers?
Its kinda white and bluish. Smells like when you first start your lawnmower. I think its carbon buildup because its like if you hadn't started your car in a while. Its the first time I've seen it when revving the engine.
Blueish could be oil; since the 'cats' aren't up to temp yet they haven't cleaned up the exhaust and the blue is getting through. I wouldn't panic (but would keep an eye on it).
I get this when i break the car down in manual but I don't have cats. It smells like an old school when I do it lol. But both cases mine and yours are the norm. Some keep telling me I need piston rings lol but it does it from 2nd to first and not during any other gears (I can tell)
