As far as the wheels go, the page you sent has a few hundred combinations of diameter - width - offset and you didn't say whether you want staggered (wider in back) or a square set-up.
For example: If you want a square set-up with 9.5" width (what I use on my sedan)
In the front, you need a 45 mm or less offset.
It the rear, a 60 mm offset works with the same width.
If you have something particular in mind, I made a spreadsheet with the clearances so I can answer "what if.." questions regarding wheels.
VMR wheels are very heavy and they will flake off their ckearcoating or paint. Save your money for a better wheel. See the Audi forums.
