I have a V8 AWD SRX and have noticed when I am running at 60 or higher that I can feel a vibration and feels like I feel every stone or pebble on the road. How is everyone elses ride at these speeds. I am taking a drive with the technician tomorrow to see if he is feeling the same that I am.

Usually its the tires.........these caddys are very sensitive.........Take EXTRA time when getting them balanced.Alot of times Adifferent tire solves the problem....I changes to toyo proxes on my sclade and toyo tpt on my dts that had vibration problems that could not be resolved and that took care of the problem

Have you checked your tire pressure lately? My Miata is very sensitive to tire pressure, the SRX less so.

The car only has 730 miles on it. Granted, it sat on the lot almost all of last year. Do you still think it would be the tires, balance or pressure?

If the car sat for a very long time, it is possible the tires developed a flat spot or spots. The faster you drive, the more noticable it would be. Try to get the dealer to rebalance the tires and if possible watch while they do it. You MAY be able to see if the if the tire is out of round.

I am taking it in on Monday for the drive. I will let everyone know. Thanks for the input.

My corvette flat spots the tires when sitting for the winter, goes away after 100 miles or so in the Spring.
