I'm watching the inauguration motorcade; Dan Rather is blathering about the President's new Cadillac DTS limo...and some of it's options.......LOL.....

DAM... I missed the inaguration (I only wanted to see the cars in the motoRcade)

the actual parade will be at around 1pm eastern; Danno was just talking about the 'cade taking him from the white house to the capitol for the swearing in. The actual parade is when they go back.....

I got photos of the new DeVille Pres. Limo in action from the ride to the capitol.....I will post them later tonight...

That entire motorcade was like a Cadillac publicity spot. There were the two new limos, a last gen Deville, even a couple of 80's classics (that's what I'm talking about).

That limo didn't look too bad on TV. It's starting grow on me a little. The grille is still way too big though.

I actually liked how it turned out. Bush was in the way alot of the time I seen it though :rant2:

Looking at your pic I wish I had snagged the chrome wheels of the other DTS flood car before it went back to auction. Mine are painted. They're still real DTS wheels but not chrome.

The chrome wheels DO add a lot to a DTS. You can pick a set up on eBaY easily for about $800 to $1200. They are over on eBaY all the time, just use the search keywords "Cadillac DTS".

EDIT: I highly recommend this guy. I have dealt with him and his wife, excellent sellers. And the set of 4 is currently only $510.
