I replaced all my lights in the interior with led's from flash tech. (they are local to me and sell hid's, LEDs and halo's wholesale to other venders) but yea it's been two years and they are very bright and direct drop in's. The over head lights may be too bright sometimes but they are square boards that fit exactly in the spots with no issues. I'll get the part number either tonight or tomorrow when I get home. The side mirrors, Parking lights, license plate and front doors are 198 bulbs though the front doors are hard to find bulbs to fit.

----------

Oh I also have h10 6000k bulbs in the fog lights, 6000k hid's in the headlights and I have the Hid bulbs for my drl's but can't close the back cover with it so I took it out till I can find a good set of led's.

It's a lot brighter than the pic shows Bc at night when I unlock the doors it looks like my car isn't even tinted from the outside (I have winco's 20% tint on my car).

I also have this when I open my doors....

Your already have the brightest street legal setup allowed in regards to your bulb/ballast combination. If you wish to overdrive your bulbs, you can always try and get a pair 50W D1S aftermarket ballasts. But they are rare, not as reliable as your 35W OEM ballasts, will not fit where your current ballasts are fastened (so external mounting and longer harness require), will shorten your bulb lifespan, and since our SUVs have high mounted projectors and lack adaptive headlights, you will blind oncoming traffic every time you go over a hill. That aside it's an easy upgrade. :)

If you wish to have a 'whiter' beam (but won't be any brighter), you can replace your bulbs with OEM D1S Osram CBI bulbs: http://www.theretrofitsource.com/product_info.php?products_id=17166

The upshot of these is that they will match the following 5000K led bulbs:

DRL: http://www.vleds.com/bulb-type/drl-fog-lights/h16-5202/5k-white-10-led-drl-fog-light-bulbs-5202-9009-h16-psx24w-1-pair.html
Park: http://www.vleds.com/6-cp-5k.html

The end result (DRL not on but matches the rest):

I guess you can put a PnP hid kit in your fogs, but I'm one of the few who think that those belong on 95 Civics with fart can mufflers ... many of course disagree. :)

To each his own.... I happen to like my hid's in my fogs. And have looked at my car on the few times my wife drives it, and it's not blinding.

I have the smaller 7watt Cree led kit and it's ok. More if a novelty that I bought while online shopping when I couldn't sleep. Install is easy enough, the bottom of out door panels aren't flat which will angle the image. And the height of our cars make the image pretty big, probably close to 3ft

Where did you get the door logo light...? Thanks for all responses

Man those logo lights are tight. I gotta get that. How's the install? Looks like you drill into the bottom of the door panel to mount them. Did you wire them into the lights that are already in the door panel? Seems like that would be easy enough to do.

I haven't looked into it much yet, but I need some!

Aren't the Osram CBI bulbs brighter than out factory bulb?

No, they're about the same lumen output as your existing bulbs. (OE bulb manufacturers never exceed established standards in lumen output, that's why there's never been an OE ballast exceeding 35W)

The difference is that they were the first OE HID bulbs to illuminate at a pure white 5000/5200K temp. without losing any lumens ... in the past any deviation up or down from 4200/4300K always resulted in loss of intensity.

Ok I see. Thanks. I was going to buy a set because I thought they were brighter. But I'll just hold off on that.

I mean they make the claim 'up to' 20% brighter, and they might indeed be a little bit brighter than older generation OE bulbs due to newer technology, but probably not worth buying thinking that you'll see a massive difference tween them and your stock bulbs ... but if you need new bulbs anyway might as well get the best ones out there.

I happen to prefer the 5000K temp so this is the first OE D1S bulb allowing me to have it without loss in output, plus I'm a hid nerd so I just had to have 'em. :)

Superbrightleds.com or vleds.com should have them. Also a million other websites and eBay may have what you are looking for.

I used aftermarket D1S bulbs (6000K) and noticed quite a bit of improvement in night vision:

I'm using 30W LED bulbs for my DRL and Fog Lights (and reverse).
