: Sail panels

Not sure if there is a fix to tighten those sagging panels but sure would love to have them squeeze tighter up back there. When I see that gap in the rear view it bugs me. It sounds like a body clip is trying to attach when I push on it but it never seems to catch. Anybody have a solution on that for me?

So if I am looking at those right it looks like the bolt behind the airbag clip is one of the best places to start? Not trying to be silly just want to fix it right the first time and not keep messing with it.

Mine were broke when I got the car and those bolts already had small washers on them. I was able to fit a 1.25" or 1.5" washer back there and it's lasted quite a while that way.

So it took some work and some calm breathing at times but I got it fixed! Used some long screw/bolts and some very rigid plastic and rubber washers and so far holding strong! They had been Jerry rigged by the previous owner which was kind of a funny job with what was used but all good now!

I used plastic/nylon washers and some plastic epoxy for reinforcement. Nice and snug now.
