Will the 4" one piece drive shaft work in my car with a UUC shifter? Or shound I go with GeForce two piece?

I don't know if there are shifter/bushing clearance issues with the 4" single, but there is a difference in top speed limitations (150 mph or so on some single shaft units). Check the critical speed of any drive shaft you buy vs. any preference you have in terms of top speed limitations.

That's why I want to fit the 4" in there it has a higher top speed then the 3.5 @ 150mph.

FWIW see post #11 in http://www.cadillacforums.com/forums/2004-2007-cadillac-cts-v-performance/276914-gforce-dynotech-driveshaft-vs-driveshaftshop-3-a.html

I would ask PISNUOFF about how much UUC bushing affect clearances.
