Looking to purchase or have refinished the woodgrain door trim. Can anyone point me in the right direction.

Check with a good paint and body shop. They should be able to redo them. I know there's a company that does reproductions of the woodgrain appliques that go over the underlying plastic. I'll look around to see if I can find the name.

YOu might want to look into a 3M product line called "Di-NOC"
It has many woodgrains available and has been used in automotive applications for years... Like
station wagon sides, etc. I am using it to woodgrain the inside cargo area of an old
Chevy panel truck. It is very sturdy and comes in rolls...
