Lots of questions about these. I thought id bite the bullet and order a set.

After trying to paint my calipers on my own and not being pleased with how they held up with our gross winters here in canada i thought theses covers would be easier to clean up.

Very easy install. under an hour with cleaning tires and taking some pics

Heres how they look:

I am not 100% happy with how the front covers looked. i had to kinda play with them to sit to cover more of the caliper but there is still a little of the inside edge. But with the tires on i dont think you can notice.

Lemme know what you guys think of the look.

Looks good. I ended up painting mine (red) and they held up well through the winter.

thanks, I was thinking about color matching them to the white diamond. I have matte black 5 spoke rims too. I think they would pop well. Thoughts? I spoke with MGP and they said there should be no discoloration due to the heat and if so, they offer a 3 year warranty

Yeah i thought i about that option too. I like the pop of the yellow, kinda like the V calipers but i also painted them silver last year and it was an elegant pop, im sure white would be the same idea

Did you experience any clicking or noise from the mounting brackets rubbing on the disks?

I like the silver/yellow look. If you had a small rubber mallet the covers could be "tapped" around to get a better fit. Reason I know is I helped Mike with the mock up for the J55 brakes. json3144...I do get some noise and will have to re-adjust in the future. What's really crazy was the day I was going 125mph into a headwind and the covers started to resonate. Scared the hell out of me. Have not been able to duplicate since.

Yes They Do Look Good And They Keep The Brake Dust Off Your Wheels. I'm Going With Red On My Silver 2011 CTA :)
Thanks
