I can buy a used E&G Classic Mesh grill with the hood piece for $400 in very good used condion or a used E&G Vertical one w/hood piece for $300 or I can buy a GrillCraft mesh one new for about $400 but then I have to cut out the oem grill to get it to fit, cheapest body shop to do it cost me 150. That direction will cost me more money even though I like how it looks. The mesh grill looks more open the the E&G one.....decision, decisions...

i know E&G go for about $800 or so on ebay shipped...are those average prices for used ones?? thanks..

I wasn't a huge fan of the options available to me..... so I bought an oem 2010 grille... cut it down... used epoxy to add mounting tabs from a donor grille.... and mounted it to the front of my escalade. it took me for about 4 hours to finish (took my time to get the measurements right)

I have always liked billet grills on full size trucks. I don't really care for the vertical style and since the grill is already bordered in chrome, I thought a color matched billet insert would look good. I bought mine off eBay for about $150 new. It is the kind that you must cut out the existing stock grill, but not too difficult.
