anyone know how much wheel spin I should expect with the traction control turned on? with my 6 speed manual I seem to be able to break the tires loose pretty easily by slightly speedy lifting of the clutch when accelerating from a dead stop
The TC is great. Wonderfully balanced from the factory. It will save your bacon in snow and rain and bad decisions. But it will also allow you a moderate amount of wheelspin for nice launches...
From my experience TC does allow for some wheelspin on my automatic... especially when I forget to warm up my tires...
And I have felt it saving my ass on some ocassions
It's one of the best TC systems I've driven with. I loved the system in the srt8 but the v is better yet, so are the brakes.
