Has There Been Any Word Yet On A Possible Release Date For The New Dts. Any Chance Of Seeing It At The New York Show Like The 2005 Sts. Thanks

I haven't read anything in the trade papers about it, but I think it's a good bet. I believe the New York show is the last of the auto show "season", at least for large American cities. But who knows? Maybe they'll suprise us and show it at the Chicago show next month.

My understanding..Pres Bush will ride in the new DTS limo for the inauguration.

Chicago auto show! So I think next month along with a new buick. Yeah there are some design HINTS of it in the presidents new limo. the prod will look better I think.

I was at the Detroit auto show on Thurs and they told me the new Deville would be shown at the Chicago auto show on 2/8. Not sure why they would not want to unveil at Detroit.

Cadillac probably didn't want to steal any of the STS-V's thunder. That, and I think they may want to "spread the wealth". Not so much for the public but for the press. Instead of showing everything you've got at a single show, you can garner press attention over a longer period of time if you space out introductions. Maybe we'll see the '06 CTS Sport model at the New York show in April. The '06 Deville/ DTS will likely be in production soon after that. (With sales of the current car tanking, they'll want the new one on tap sooner rather than later.)
