I have a 96 fleetwood. I tried to turn it over today an it tried but then sounded like it flooded out. It would keep doin it. I listened for tha fuel pump an altenator but they both came on. im wondering if its tha fuel pressure regulator or maybe tha spark plugs???? please help

Have you checked for spark? Fuel pressure?

Pull one of your spark plugs to see if it is wet. If it is then you should have a dry set handy and throw them in. It should fire right up. A weak coil can cause a weak spark and lend itself to a flood prone engine. Make sure your spark is strong and then proceed from there.

Don't these cars have a flood-clear strategy in the PCM? I thought if you cranked it with the pedal to the floor (like the old days of carbs) it would recognize you were trying to clear a flood and cut fuel back.

Yes, they do have a "clear flood" feature.
