Closed on new house last Thursday. First order of business was painting the garage.
Well, that's done. Will be ordering some sweet lally padding soon.

Phase 2 is a new garage door and opener. The current door is 40+ years old, and the opener not much newer. Phase 3 is electrical and lighting. Need outlets to power the wall mounted Metro Vac N Blo and other assorted power tools, polishers, etc. Phase 4 will be what to do about flooring. Pros and cons to any option, and I haven't decided what I like best. No rush for that part as of now.

Right now you might want to put an epoxy coating on your floor before you load it up with your junk.

I've been working on mine the last few nights. Put the first coat of paint on and ran out so I had to go get more today. Going to put a few racks in and a wall mount tire rack. Seal that floor!
