This is especially for our members who missed the Forums annual visit to the Chicago Auto Show. Members of some duration in the Forums will remember the fascination that members had with the Fiat twins who were introducing the Fiat 500 at the show a few years back! Well here is a reappearance of the twins ..... hustling yet another marques new offerings!

Same girls, different car ...... guess the girls attracted some upscale business.

Sorry guys the picture of the Fiat Twins with the Bentley wouldn't up load.

I see the tactic in using beautiful women in advertising the Fiat 500. How else would you get anyone to take a second look at the ugly little pile of poop?

I know this isn't about the 500 directly but, I remember the first one I saw a year or so ago, in a parking lot in Goleta. My first thoughts were; over-sold and over-rated. They remind me of a little car my dad bought a few decades ago;

I've never heard of "Fiat Girls."

Don't see what all the hype is. Guess I'll go back to appreciating domestic bodies. All three kinds.

^^^Well she may not be a "Fiat" girl, but, Chamus, you are on the right track.

The 'allure' of body ink escapes me.

Kev, you may not think too much of the Fiat 500 ..... but check out (Google) the Fiat 500 Abarth Topless" ad!

I remember back in the '70's when someone tried to import those Subarus. Couldn't sell 'em so they the remaining group was finally auctioned off to the highest bidder. If memory serves me correctly, some guy bought them for $400. a piece to use in his demolition derby attraction!

Hah! I can't imagine they would have lasted very long!

You must be looking at the wrong Lady in my photo.

"Taking Hearses to Cemeteries with Scantily-Clad Women" is an accurate summary of my life. In fact, according to some, it is the most accurate job title anyone has ever given me.

.............. there goes the eyesight ........... I thought the thread title was Return of the Fat Girls, then The-Dullahan posted the pic of the test pilot for the broom factory and blew "fat" out of the water .......... Poor woman has to sneak up on a glass of water to get a drink.

Its the only photo I had of that particular '59 with a pinup girl. I've got plenty of girls with my friend's '60, but meh. I prefer this car.

Besides...If the girl is the first thing you notice, I have some bad news for you...

In hindsight, you lot would adore my sister Jill. The only person with better fashion sense than me. So good, people buy her custom work...And she's the one WITHOUT tattoos, Kev. She doesn't pose with cars though, with the obvious exception of my own.
