What was this guy thinking? And yes, he did all of this on purpose.

At least he taped off the door moldings.

It can be yours for just $16,500, in fact as the seller says "many people ask me if it's a new car" and "I know it's worth a lot more than what I'm asking". Only 98k miles.

Why didn't I think of that instead of repainting the bumper :duh:

And those are stock 18 inch rims, not 19 inch alloys.

That listing is an epic fail unless it was posted tomorrow.

Dang that sucks. I have my wheels plasti dipped but they don't look that bad.

I'd buy it for 13k minus whatever the price of 20 bottles of Goo-gone cost.

I could see gloss black wheels looking good on a silver V but dirty plastidip just doesn't do it for me.

How does that happen? I expect to see that on imports...but on a Cadillac?

You wouldn't need too gone for the plasti dip. It peels right off. I had to redo one of my wheels when I did mine. It didn't even leave a residue.

that's a bit gross. I was thinking maybe he did it to protect the paint from rock chips or something, but I'm thinking he just ate paint chips as a kid...

^^ that was funny... I love that he is really good at body work and that he feels that "Two Tone" makes the car look more aggressive... What a Wack job, and a waste of plasti dip

Depends on prep and paint layers. Thicker layers, yes, it peels off. That paint job looks thin and not even masked off correctly. You'd need goo gone to get all of it off. lol

I see snow on the ground, maybe he is weather proofing it from the road salt

He had to have been huffing the paint and it got on his car and was high as a kite, then had to finish it off some how.

Yikes

maybe no residue but it sure leaves a lasting impression.... :ack:

Is this what happens when you are cooped up too much because of the snow?
