Just wondering how much of a job it is to remove the starter in our "V". I want to change the lower pulley so I need access to the flywheel. I what to know what I'm getting into before I attempt the task. I will be changing the inter cooler at the same time.

Don't bother with it. I have an auto, and popped the bolt loose with an impact wrench easy enough. If you HAVE to, then go for it, but you should't need to.

Thanks for the info on removal. What about applying the correct torque on install? Any Issues?
