I found a great design wheel for a front wheel drive car that is not made for a V car. I would like to have a billet 3 piece 18" wheels made to match the one Im looking at. Any good suggestions would be appreciated?

Custom one off is going to break the bank no matter where you go. Usually I use forgeline for the custom stuff, but it takes a while. But also not the cheapest as well..
What is the front wheel you want matched?

I like the look of the Drifx wheel but want better quality and small changes in the spoke design.

Maybe look at 360forged rim company the wheel is split 7.

Forgeline would be your best bet IMO. But asking where you can get custom wheels without breaking the bank is a bit like asking where you can swim in the ocean without getting wet. . .

I didn't expect the wheels to be $300 but don't want to spend $3000 each either.

D3 Quoted me $27,000 for 2 rear wheels.

Which front wheel drive design did you find? I can probably find a similar design that would fit the CTSV. Please feel free to email me directly and I will see what I can do to find you something within the budget you are working with. My email is ro.rosario@d3groupinc.com.

The wheel I like is shown above. Spicifically I am looking for a wheel that has a black center, chrome bolts around the outside ring, and very mocho looking.I looked for a wheel that reminded me of a machine motif. I have a black coupe and will need 18x 11-11" wheels in the rear and 18x 9.5 in the front.

Is there a specific reason why you want to go down a size from a 19" factory wheels? is it for track use? If so I need to find you a wheel that can handle a lot of stress, please advise.
