Want to ask the experts about their opinion of the EFI for this model. Is it worth keeping or would it be better to install a carburator? Are the parts for the EFI readily available? Thank you in advance for your responses.

Rockauto has your parts. I would not switch from fuel injection to carb. I would switch from carb to injection anyday. Unless I wanted originality. Which I like.

Thank you for the response. I have just owned this car for a week and am really looking forward to getting it onthe road again. This forum will be a great resource....

You can still get parts for the EFI. Having had both carb and EFI on these old Cads, I can state the EFI makes these cars much more smooth and pleasant to drive.
