: Escalade

Good morning I recently purchased an escalade 2008 in Merida Mexico , now I am having some trouble with the repairs at the Cadillac dealer in Merida . They are charging me 4000$ US for new shocks (front) and an oil change . I know that I am being robed , does any one have some advise , should I contact Cadillac USA?
