I just brought a 2009 V.
I'm looking for a set of OEM wheels for the track. I'm seeing ebay auctions for 2006-2009 wheels.
please explain, as I thought the car changed in 2009, and 2009+++++ would be the same size wheels?

Sedan and Wagon wheels are all the same for 09+. The coupe V is different. Anything <2009 are not for your vehicle.

D3 is correct about 2009 and up wheels. The earlier CTS-V models have a completely different bolt pattern and aren't as wide.

There are some other, maybe cheaper wheels for the track. 18" tires are generally cheaper than the stock 19" size. Also, if you run the same size all around - then you can rotate the tires and get more track life out of them. Most 18" wheels don't clear the front calipers. There are several tried-and-true 18" track wheel solutions. Search for track wheels on the forum and you will see successful wheel/tire combinations. TSW Nurburgring will show up most often in a search.

If you want to run four rear wheels (9.5" wide) in place of the front narrower (9" wide) wheels - then you need spacers. There are a couple of spacer solutions. D3 has a ready-made solution.

If you are happy with a spare stock set for the track, that is great too. You will have a blast.
