Just bought a 2010 V sedan about a month ago with polished wheels with some mounting/curb damage. Looking to trade for either black or gun metal replacements. Anyone interested? Pics of my wheels can be posted if needed.

You can have your wheels repaired and refinished, and it should only take them a day or two to do. Ask your dealer or body shop who they use for rim repair

I am in the same situation. I have an 09 with polished wheels and want to get black rims. I was thinking about having them powder coated, but that is going to involve taking off all 4 rims and tires, taking them to a tire shop, having the tires removed from wheels then taking those to the powdercoater and then doing the whole process over to put them back on the car. Not sure what the total cost would be start to finish buts another option than buying the same wheels you already have in the black or gunmetal. A lot of times rims that have some curb rash can be fixed at the same time as powdercoating so you may look that way.

I had mine repaired from previous owner and refinished in a midnight silver finish.
A good powdercoater will take care of the tire dismount
